The National Geographic ºìÐÓÊÓƵler (UK) team celebrates a hat-trick of awards at the TravMedia Awards 2024, having been named ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Magazine of the Year, a credit to the team’s hard work, knowledge and talent. Two of magazine’s editors, Farida Zeynalova and Sarah Barrell, achieved individual recognition: 

• Farida Zeynalova, assistant editor, has been awarded the Specialist ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Writer of the Year. Farida’s insightful and engaging pieces on culinary travel have enthralled readers and industry professionals alike, earning her this well-deserved accolade. 
• Sarah Barrell, senior editor, won the prestigious Feature of the Year award for her captivating piece, ‘A Rail Adventure in Kyushu’, which appeared in the Japan guide in the October 2023 issue.  

National Geographic ºìÐÓÊÓƵler (UK)’s achievements reinforces its ethos to celebrate great storytelling, photography and travel with a purpose.
